Summary
This study tests a treatment called TIL therapy for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors take immune cells from a patient's tumor, grow more of them in a lab, and put them back into the patient to help fight the cancer. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
