Summary
This early study tests a new treatment for advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. It uses a patient's own immune cells (called TILs) grown in a lab and given back along with a drug that helps the immune system attack the tumor. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose in about 32 adults aged 18 to 70.
