First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells (called TILs) that are grown in a lab and given back along with a drug that helps them attack the cancer. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and tolerable for about 32 participants.
