First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called tigilanol tiglate, which is injected directly into tumors, for people with advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma that has spread to the arms, legs, or body wall. About 40 adults will receive the treatment to see if it can shrink or destroy the treated tumors. The main goal is to measure tumor response, while also tracking side effects and how much drug stays in the blood.
