Summary

This study is gathering information from 500 people who had a procedure called TIF (transoral incisionless fundoplication) to treat GERD, or chronic acid reflux. Researchers will review medical records to see how symptoms and quality of life change over time. No new treatment is being tested—this is purely an observation to understand real-world outcomes.
