Summary
This study is watching 120 people with advanced thyroid cancer to see how their tumors respond to treatment given before surgery. Researchers will measure changes in tumor size on scans, check cancer markers in the blood, and look at removed tissue under a microscope. The goal is to learn which patients benefit most from this approach and how it affects their long-term health.
