Longer chemo before surgery tested for rare chest tumors
NCT ID NCT07463313
Summary
This study aims to find out if giving 6 cycles of chemotherapy before surgery works better than the standard 3 cycles for people with advanced thymic tumors in the chest. Researchers will compare how long patients stay cancer-free after surgery between the two treatment lengths. The goal is to improve surgical success and long-term survival for this rare cancer.
