Can more chemo before surgery beat rare chest tumors?

NCT ID NCT07463313

Summary

This study is testing whether giving six cycles of chemotherapy before surgery is better than the standard three cycles for people with advanced thymic tumors, which are rare cancers in the chest. It will involve 116 adults to see if the longer treatment improves surgical success and keeps the cancer from returning. The goal is to find the most effective treatment plan to control this challenging disease.
