Summary
This study tested whether rinsing with thyme honey diluted in water can relieve dry mouth in head and neck cancer patients who had radiation therapy. 90 adults participated, using either thyme honey or salt water rinses three times daily during and after radiation. The goal was to see if honey's natural properties could stimulate saliva and reduce discomfort.
