First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether advanced scans (PSMA PET/CT) and a genetic test (Decipher) can help doctors choose the right treatment for high-risk prostate cancer. For some patients, treatment may be intensified to better control the cancer; for others, it may be reduced to improve quality of life. The trial involves about 493 participants across Europe and will track outcomes over several years.
