Laser showdown: which prostate surgery stops bleeding faster?

Summary

This study compares two types of laser surgery (ThuLEP and HoLEP) for men with an enlarged prostate causing urinary symptoms. About 50 men who have not had prior prostate surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The main goal is to see which method controls bleeding better during the operation.
