Laser showdown: which prostate surgery stops bleeding faster?

Summary

This study compares two types of laser surgery (ThuLEP and HoLEP) for men with an enlarged prostate causing urinary symptoms. The main goal is to see which method controls bleeding better during the operation. About 50 men who have not had prior prostate surgery will take part.
