Summary

This study tests a mobile app called THRIVE-M designed to help people with multiple myeloma manage stress, fatigue, and overall well-being. About 120 adults with different stages of the disease will either use the app or receive usual care. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life after 8 weeks.
