First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a simple daily exercise called "Three Good Things" to see if it can boost gratitude and psychological well-being in nursing students. About 277 first- and second-year nursing students will be split into four groups. Some will write down three positive things each day for a week, while others will not. The goal is to find an easy way to help students feel better and prevent stress and burnout.
