Summary

This study tests whether adding naturopathic care, a Mediterranean diet, and physical activity before and after surgery can improve quality of life and reduce complications for people with lung, stomach, or esophageal cancer. About 20 adults scheduled for curative surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this personalized integrative approach helps patients feel better and recover more smoothly.
