Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called theta burst stimulation to help people with alcohol addiction reduce cravings and avoid relapse. Seventy-two adults who want to cut back or stop drinking will receive either real or placebo stimulation. The goal is to see if this approach can safely support long-term control over alcohol use.
