Summary
This study tested whether listening to special audio (theta brainwave entrainment) combined with nature sounds could improve sleep in 34 healthcare shift workers with poor sleep. Participants listened to the audio or a placebo for 20-30 minutes daily for 14 days. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free method could improve sleep quality and brain activity related to sleep.
