Summary
This study is for adults with advanced liver cancer. It compares two treatment combos: radioactive beads (Therasphere) followed by either immunotherapy (Atezolizumab + Bevacizumab) or targeted pills (Lenvatinib or Cabozantinib). The goal is to see which combo better delays cancer growth. About 84 people will take part.
