First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is for adults with advanced liver cancer. It compares two treatment plans after a procedure that delivers radiation beads (Therasphere) into the liver: one group gets immunotherapy (atezolizumab and bevacizumab), the other gets targeted pills (lenvatinib or cabozantinib). The goal is to see which combination better delays cancer growth. About 84 people will take part.
