Summary

This study aims to understand patient experiences with two different talk therapies for anxiety disorders. Researchers will interview 30 adults who have completed either metacognitive therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety. The goal is to learn what patients found helpful or challenging about each approach to improve how these treatments are offered in the future.
