Summary
This small pilot study is testing a new type of talk therapy called Positive Affect Treatment (PAT) for Spanish-speaking adults. The goal is to see if PAT, which focuses on increasing positive emotions and reward sensitivity, is a practical and acceptable approach for people dealing with depression or anxiety. The study will enroll 12 participants to complete therapy sessions and questionnaires over about 4 months to measure satisfaction and initial effects.
