Summary
This study is testing a talk therapy program called ReACT for teenagers who have non-epileptic seizures. These seizures are not caused by epilepsy but are linked to stress and emotions. The therapy aims to help teens feel more in control of their bodies and reduce fearful thoughts about symptoms. Researchers will measure if the therapy reduces seizure frequency and improves quality of life.
