Can six weeks of online therapy ease the mental burden for cancer survivors?
NCT ID NCT07205965
Summary
This study is testing whether a six-week online therapy program can help reduce anxiety and depression in people who have finished cancer treatment. The program is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is delivered in individual, 30-minute sessions. Researchers will compare the mental health of 32 participants who receive the therapy to a control group that does not, measuring outcomes over a full year.
