Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week online therapy program can help reduce anxiety and depression in people who have finished cancer treatment. The program, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, teaches skills for managing difficult thoughts and feelings. Researchers will compare the mental well-being of participants who receive the therapy to those who do not, measuring outcomes over a full year.
