Toy dolls take the ouch out of shots for tots

Summary
This study looks at whether playing with a special toy doll before getting a shot can lower fear, anxiety, and pain in children ages 4 to 6. About 80 kids will be randomly assigned to either use the doll or get the shot as usual. Researchers will measure fear, anxiety, and pain using simple child-friendly scales.
