Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and best dose of a new drug called THE-0504 in 30 adults with advanced solid tumors, including lung, colon, stomach, breast, and pancreatic cancers. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and check for side effects. Participants must have tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
