NCT ID NCT07288762
Summary
This study aims to understand how repeated blood transfusions for beta-thalassemia might affect hormone production and reproductive development in boys. It will observe 80 boys aged 10 to 18, measuring specific hormones to detect any early abnormalities. The goal is to gather knowledge to potentially inform future care, not to test a treatment.
