Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TH104 for people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) who suffer from moderate to severe itching. The trial will include 40 adults aged 18 to 75 and aims to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either TH104 or a placebo, and researchers will track side effects and changes in itch scores.
