Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called TGI-5, alone or with another drug (nivolumab), in people with advanced solid tumors like colorectal, liver, melanoma, and lung cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 194 adults will take part. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease.
