Summary
This study tested two types of nerve blocks (TFP and TAP) to see which one works better for pain after robotic prostate removal. 108 men who were in good health before surgery took part. The goal was to find which block reduces pain, cuts the need for extra pain medicine, and helps patients leave the hospital sooner.
