First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested if unlimited text-based therapy works better than once-a-week therapy for depression. Over 1,100 adults with depression took part. Researchers also looked at the best next steps for people who didn't improve with either option. The goal is to create a flexible, message-based care system that adjusts to each person's needs.
