NCT ID NCT07170423
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether automated text message reminders can encourage people with hearing loss to get hearing aids. Only about 30% of those who need hearing aids actually get them. Researchers will enroll 190 adults who have been recommended for hearing aids and send them text reminders to see if it increases adoption.
