Summary
This study looked at two different treatments for 'text neck syndrome' in 38 women aged 18-30 who had chronic neck pain from using smartphones. One treatment used a hands-on technique called Mulligan mobilization, and the other used stabilization exercises to strengthen neck muscles. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain, improved posture, and restored balance.
