First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested two different treatments for 'text neck syndrome' in 38 women aged 18-30 who had chronic neck pain from smartphone use. One group received a hands-on joint mobilization technique, while the other did stabilization exercises to strengthen neck muscles. The goal was to see which approach better improved pain, posture, balance, and related chemical markers in the blood.
