Summary
This study compared two specific exercise programs (Sahrmann and Kendall) to see which was better at reducing pain, improving neck movement, and decreasing disability in people with text neck syndrome. It involved 64 young adults who used smartphones for more than 2 hours daily and had significant neck pain. Researchers measured pain levels, neck flexibility, and how the condition affected daily activities over four weeks.
