First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether personalized text messages sent after in-person rehab sessions can help people with chronic low back pain do more daily activities. About 100 adults who own a cell phone and have had back pain for over 3 months will take part. Both groups get 4 rehab sessions, but one group also receives automated SMS reminders and tips for 6 months.
