Can simple text messages get people to wear their hearing aids?
NCT ID NCT07146607
Summary
This study is testing whether automated text messages can help people who are new to hearing aids use them more consistently. About 70 adult patients in the UK's National Health Service (NHS) will receive supportive text messages after getting their first hearing aid. Researchers want to see if this simple, digital reminder system is practical to run and if it might improve how often and how well people use their hearing aids.
