Summary
This study looks at whether sending text message reminders and education can help pregnant women with diabetes follow their care plan better. About 185 pregnant women with diabetes will be split into two groups: one gets text reminders, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if texting improves how well they keep appointments, track their blood sugar, and take medications.
