Summary
This study tested a supplement called TetraSOD®, made from a special type of marine algae, to see if it could improve sperm quality in men with unexplained infertility. 80 men took either the supplement or a placebo for three months. The goal was to measure changes in sperm movement and count, as well as DNA health. The trial has been completed, and results are being analyzed.
