Summary
This study tests a new bioresorbable bone adhesive called TETRANITE for fixing bone flaps back into the skull after brain surgery (craniotomy). It will compare the glue to standard metal plates and screws in 204 adults. The goal is to see if the glue is safe and keeps the bone flap stable.
