First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy but who are not yet in pain. It compares two treatments: taking the drug enzalutamide alone versus taking it along with cycles of high-dose testosterone. The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer growth longer. About 150 men will participate in this phase 2 trial.
