NCT ID NCT04363164
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. It compares two treatments: taking the drug enzalutamide alone versus taking it along with high-dose testosterone in cycles. The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer growth better than enzalutamide alone. About 150 men will participate, and the study is currently recruiting.
