First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving high-dose testosterone followed by the drug enzalutamide works better than enzalutamide alone for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. About 150 men without pain from their cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the sequence delays cancer growth or spread.
