Summary
This small pilot study is testing a new system of devices and software designed to continuously monitor the health of older adults. The goal is to see if the system is easy for patients and doctors to use, both in the hospital and at home. Researchers will gather feedback on how often the monitors are worn and if the health data reaches doctors correctly.
