Summary

This study tested whether tesamorelin, a drug that increases growth hormone, can improve memory and thinking in people with HIV who have mild cognitive issues. Seventy-three participants took the drug along with a text-messaging app to help them stay on track. The main goal was to see if their thinking skills improved over 24 weeks.
