Summary
This study tests whether adding terlipressin to standard blood pressure medication during kidney transplant surgery helps maintain stable blood pressure and improves kidney function afterward. About 150 adults with end-stage kidney disease will take part. The goal is to see if this approach reduces the need for dialysis in the first week after transplant.
