New cream tested for stubborn fungal ear infections

Summary
This study is testing whether terbinafine hydrochloride cream can effectively treat fungal ear infections (otomycosis). About 50 adult patients in Egypt will have medicated ear packs placed in their ear canals, which will be changed every two days for two weeks. Researchers will check if the treatment clears the infection and relieves symptoms like itching and discharge.
