Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether terazosin, a drug used for prostate issues, is safe and tolerable for people with dementia with Lewy bodies. About 40 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The study focuses on side effects and how well people stick with the treatment, not on curing the disease.
