Summary

This study tests a drug called teprotumumab N01 in 50 people with thyroid eye disease, a condition that causes bulging eyes and discomfort. Participants receive the drug and are checked with special scans (PET/CT and MRI) before and after treatment to see if their symptoms improve. The main goal is to measure how many people get better after 24 weeks.
