Summary
This study tested whether a device that sends mild electrical pulses through the skin (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, or TENS) combined with the drug tadalafil can improve erectile dysfunction. 185 men with ED for at least 6 months took part. The goal was to see if this approach could strengthen pelvic muscles and improve blood flow, offering a non-surgical option.
