First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a pain-relief device called TENS (which uses mild electrical pulses) combined with exercise can help women with migraine feel less pain and do more in daily life. Researchers will track pain, disability, muscle strength, sleep, and quality of life in 38 women aged 18-55 who have migraine attacks at least twice a month. The goal is to find a drug-free way to manage migraine symptoms.
